    Development: Outline application (with all matters reserved for future consideration) for the erection of 96 residential units, B1 (A and B) units, D1 units, new buildings for existing geosaoceanographic business and new water taxi pontoon with ancillary café (A3).

    Further to my previous letter in respect of the above application, I write to inform you that the application has now been Refused.

    Please note that if the Applicant chooses to Appeal to the Planning Inspectorate against the decision you will be notified of this. I am afraid that as a Third Party you do not have any right of appeal against the decision.

    If the application was submitted to regularise unauthorised works that have already taken place, the City Council will continue to assess whether legal action is necessary to regularise the situation.
